Best place I know of to get reliable information concerning the products they sell. Also, they stand behind their products and their service - I've been a happy customer since the turn of the century!

The staff at Askderm is very well trained and knowledgeable; I ought to know, I have used this business for years. Whether I'm calling to order or if I just have a question about a product, they are there to help. Ordering is easy; instead of guessing which product will best suit my needs, I can get the real information to help me make the best decisions. Once I had trouble getting a dispenser to work, and they even helped with that, too!

I am really picky about where I buy things that will be absorbed by my body like skincare. This company is an authorized seller of the products they sell so I know what I am buying is what I actually get. Their packages always come so nicely packaged and quickly!

I have ordered from askderm.com for years. Always receive my orders very quickly. They package so nicely - its like opening a present :)

I bought a PMD replacement disc on December 3rd they charged my card even though they knew the product was not available. I have sent emails in order to get a refund, but nothing yet. Stay away from this company, now I have to contact my Bank and submit a fraud claim. I hope this helps others!
